REVI BOOKKEEPING

Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 29, 2026

Last Updated: March 29, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

REVI Bookkeeping (“REVI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides bookkeeping and financial record-keeping services to small business owners across the United States. By accessing or using our website at www.revibookkeeping.com (“Site”) or contacting us through any form or channel on the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, or become dissatisfied with the Site in any way, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms do not govern the actual delivery of bookkeeping services, which is subject to a separate written client engagement letter or service agreement.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, change, or alter any terms and conditions specified in this agreement, effective immediately upon posting. You should periodically review these Terms of Use. You can find the most current version at:

www.revibookkeeping.com

Your continued use of the Site following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. SITE AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The REVI Bookkeeping website provides informational content about our bookkeeping services, a contact form for inquiries, and a scheduling tool (Calendly) for booking consultation calls. The Site is intended to help prospective and current clients learn about and connect with REVI Bookkeeping.

To use the Site, you should be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any charges or fees required to connect to the internet or access the Site.

Booking a consultation through our Site does not create a client relationship, contractual obligation, or guarantee of services. Engagement of bookkeeping services is formalized exclusively through a separate written client engagement letter.

4. SCHEDULING AND CONSULTATIONS

Our Site uses Calendly to allow visitors to schedule free consultation calls. By scheduling a call, you agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate and truthful contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Attend or cancel your scheduled appointment with reasonable advance notice.

  • Understand that a consultation call is exploratory in nature and does not constitute the commencement of a client-service relationship.

  • Understand that REVI Bookkeeping reserves the right to decline to proceed with services following a consultation, for any reason.

Calendly’s collection and use of your scheduling information is subject to Calendly’s own Privacy Policy, available at https://calendly.com/privacy.

5. CONDUCT

By using the Site and submitting information through any form or channel, you agree to the following:

  • not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form or any other channel on the Site;

  • not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;

  • not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems or networks;

  • not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

  • not to use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, index, or collect data from the Site;

  • not to impersonate REVI Bookkeeping, Julia Kachula, or any other person or entity;

  • not to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code;

  • not to use the Site or its contact channels to solicit business, advertise third-party products or services, or engage in spam;

  • not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any design elements, content, or functionality of the Site without our express written permission.

REVI Bookkeeping cannot be held responsible for any content you submit through the Site.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

REVI Bookkeeping has established a Privacy Policy to explain how your information is collected and used, which is available at:

www.revibookkeeping.com

Your use of the Site signifies acknowledgment of and agreement to our Privacy Policy. You further acknowledge and agree that REVI Bookkeeping may, in its sole discretion, preserve or disclose your information, such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other submitted information, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process; enforce these Terms; respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of REVI Bookkeeping, its clients, or the general public.

7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SITES, AND SERVICES

Our Site contains links to and integrations with third-party websites and services, including Calendly (scheduling) and QuickBooks Online (bookkeeping platform). By using these third-party services through our Site, you agree that:

  • REVI Bookkeeping does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

  • Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing.

  • REVI Bookkeeping cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of third-party services.

We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy and terms of use of every third-party site you visit.

8. CLIENT DATA AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

In the course of providing bookkeeping services, you may share sensitive financial information with REVI Bookkeeping, including but not limited to bank statements, transaction records, payroll data, and tax information. By sharing such information, you agree to the following:

  • You represent that you have the legal authority to share such information with REVI Bookkeeping for the purposes of receiving bookkeeping services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial information you provide.

  • REVI Bookkeeping will use your financial information solely for the purpose of delivering the bookkeeping services described in your client engagement letter.

  • REVI Bookkeeping implements industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data, including secure storage via QuickBooks Online. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • REVI Bookkeeping is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or financial outcomes that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by you.

The handling of client financial data is further governed by the terms of your separate client engagement letter and our Privacy Policy.

9. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Billing for REVI Bookkeeping’s services is conducted separately from the Site and is governed by your individual client engagement letter. The Site does not process payments directly. By engaging our services, you agree to the billing terms set forth in your client agreement, including the following general terms:

  • All fees are invoiced separately and are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your client engagement letter.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it current.

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties.

  • REVI Bookkeeping reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

If you have any billing questions or concerns, please contact us directly at info@revibookkeeping.com before initiating any payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a billing question or payment concern, please reach out to us at info@revibookkeeping.com. We are happy to help and can usually resolve issues much faster than going through your bank or payment provider. Contacting us directly helps avoid unnecessary disputes and ensures your account remains in good standing.

If you choose to file a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or credit card company, please note that REVI Bookkeeping will provide all necessary documentation and transaction details to the payment processor or issuing bank to support a fair and transparent resolution.

11. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

All content on the Site — including descriptions of services, pricing, general financial information, and any other materials — is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial or business decisions.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF REVI BOOKKEEPING TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Liability arising from the actual delivery of bookkeeping services is governed separately by your client engagement letter.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold REVI Bookkeeping, its owner, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of: information you submit through the Site; your use of the Site; your violation of these Terms; your breach of any representations or warranties herein; or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

18. SUPPORT POLICY

Account-related actions, such as service changes or cancellations, require written confirmation for security and verification purposes.

19. GENERAL INFORMATION
