Hi, I'm Julia Kachula, the bookkeeper and founder behind REVI Bookkeeping, based in Charlotte, NC. I built REVI around one focus: bookkeeping for real estate investors, from landlords growing rental portfolios to flippers moving through renovation projects. Cloud technology lets me bring that focus to clients anywhere in the United States, not just here in Charlotte.

With a background in accounting and financial reporting, I know numbers inside and out. But what drives me is working with real estate investors specifically, whose finances rarely look like a typical business. After seeing how overwhelming that can feel without the right support, I started REVI to help in a more personal, hands-on way.

I'm a numbers person at heart, and what I enjoy most is taking financial chaos and turning it into something organized, efficient, and simple. I'm big on building systems that do the heavy lifting, so your books stay clean without you having to think about them.
