Meet Julia

Hi, I'm Julia Kachula, the bookkeeper and founder of REVI Bookkeeping, based in Charlotte, NC. My focus is bookkeeping for flippers and long-term rental landlords, and because everything runs in the cloud, I work with investors anywhere in the US.

My background is in accounting and financial reporting. I started REVI because real estate books rarely look like a typical business's. Flips hold their costs until they sell, rentals need numbers by property, and some investors run both.

What I enjoy most is taking a year of transactions and turning it into books that are organized and easy to read. I build systems that do the repetitive work, so the books stay current without you having to think about them.
